CEO: AvtoVAZ expects 12% Lada car sales rise in November

ST.PETERSBURG, Dec 1 (PRIME) -- Russia's AvtoVAZ expects a 12% monthly rise of Lada car sales in November to about 21,500, CEO Maxim Sokolov said late on Wednesday.

"Sales lag production thus far. As for AvtoVAZ's products, they will probably be somewhere up to 21,500 cars in November," the official said.

AvtoVAZ’s plant in Tolyatti can make about 500,000 cars per year, but due to the local market demand, its 2023 production plan stands at about 400,000 cars, he said.
